People
Whoever answers the phone at Veltra is one of the three directors below, and the one who walks the floor with you on the first visit stays with the job to the final account. The three of them incorporated Veltra Projects Ltd on 30 September 2026. Between them they have more than 60 years in construction, from Spain and Johannesburg to London. The directors price the work themselves, every change is costed in writing and agreed before it is built, and the final account is the sum of what you approved.
Commercial Director
Neil has more than 20 years in construction and has been project director, head of construction and construction director for London fit-out contractors. He is known for commercial refurbishments in the capital's landmark buildings, the largest more than 100,000 sq ft. At Veltra he is acting managing director and runs the commercial side, from pricing, contracts and cost plans to payments and the final account.
Director of Projects
Kelvin has been in construction since 2008 and in commercial fit-out since 2010. He ran his own company in South Africa for eight years and has managed fit-outs in Johannesburg and London. He is PMP-qualified and known for commercial fit-outs and traditional builds, his largest fit-out more than 160,000 sq ft over five floors. At Veltra he runs project delivery and client relations.
Operations & Delivery Director
Cristian started a construction business in Spain in 2004, a second in the UK in 2015, and took on his first commercial fit-out in 2018. He is known for high-end hotel refurbishment and residential work, and for commercial fit-out. At Veltra he runs operations and delivery, the day-to-day running of the work on every site, its health and safety and the subcontractors who carry it out.
