This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, so there is nothing to consent to.
What we collect.
We hold only what you send us by email or by phone, which is your name, your contact details and what you tell us about your project. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to carry out the work, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry and then of the contract between us. We neither sell it nor share it for marketing. Our email runs on Microsoft 365 and this website is hosted by IONOS, so both handle data on our behalf as processors.
How long we keep it.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after the project ends, as required for tax and contract purposes.
Your rights.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email info@veltraprojects.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
